Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

ToyRush shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

6. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
